Radius Restaurant announces the Radius Fall/Winter Cooking Series beginning on Saturday, November 20, 2004. These fall/winter cooking classes are also perfect gifts for the holiday. Join Executive Chef Michael Schlow for the cooking series whether you are a beginner or an expert.


Chef Michael Schlow has received numerous accolades for his modern French cuisine including the James Beard Foundation Award for "Best Chef in the Northeast 2000" and Sante* Magazine's "Wine and Spirits Chef of the Year 2000."
